WYFCL Family – December-21-2011

 

On Sunday, December 4^th I had the honor of being elected President of the Williamsburg Youth Football and Cheerleading League. With this appointment come large shoes to fill from past Presidents. I will work to make the WYFCL even stronger and better in the future on all fronts.

 

I want to thank Ann Vinson for her hard work and dedication this past season and for all of her support over the past year. I also want to thank the sitting Board of Directors for their vote of confidence in giving me this opportunity. With this said it’s time to start working on going forward into the 2012 season.

– WYFCL 2012 BOARD OF DIRECTORS SELECTION MEETING – Jan Board Meeting

 

One of the things that we must first do is to seat a Board Of Directors for the 2012 Season. A few folks have already stepped up, and shown interest / desire to step in and take on more responsibility next year.

Now is your chance to step up and take a leadership role to make things better.

In January, the WYFCL will have Leadership and Board positions that will need to be filled for the 2012 season. We are fortunate that many of our WYFCL Board Members have kids that are very young in the organization and will be around for a few years.

However, a few of our long-standing board members won’t be with us next year and we will be looking for qualified, dedicated people to assume their roles.
