Finally we wrapped up the 2008 season with our End Of The Year Bowling Party ... on January 15, 2009. A Thursday night 7-weeks after the end of the season isn't an ideal setting for a party, but the Green Mighty Mites managed to get 27 of 36 kids and parents to the turn-out at the Twin Pins Bowling Center at the Yorktown Naval Weapons Station.
The boys and many of their younger siblings had a great time eating pizza and getting to bowl a couple games each. They were treated to Cake and cupcakes as we also celebrated the birthdays by singing to all our January Birthday Boys ... Cameron, Creecy, Garrett, Marcos, Chris and Alan.
